Early November I started losing my internet connection so called the "overseas tech support" I am amazed how anybody within the management of Orange can keep a straight face when asked if they think it is a quality service they provide.
In my opinion its NO they are shocking I have lost count how many times I have spoke to them now regarding my line regrading to 0.5 m because of an unstable line. BT openreach have been to my house found a fault outside and there are no issues at all now. Try explaining every day to a different idiot who speaks that fast most of the time you have no idea what they are babbling and insists there is a test running (STILL) so be patient .
I also contacted "If youre thinking of leaving" in the UK and spoke to someone really helpful but when it came down to the real info I was told to phone the muppets again
Tried sending one last e~mail to see if anybody was slightly interested that someone who had been a customer since FS dial up and had an Orange mobile for 5 years was about to cancel the lot and go elsewhere. Simple answer was NO I had no reply but I did get my daily text from 247 saying they had an update. (This is when they ask why you have phoned and then ask if you are happy with the shocking speed) STILL NO !!
Anyway I cancelled my Direct Debit for Orange and within 24 hours had an e~mail asking me for payment details (excellent speed there then)
Finally, So im off, Orange is total crap and I will be sure to tell every single person I know how shocking they have been I am quite pleased with myself to have already put 2 friends off getting an Orange mobile its not much but its a start and as everyone knows word of mouth over time can have an excellent effect on any business.
I cant wait to talk to the poor fool who calls me for payment for both products as I will be sure to show the same interest and respect I have been shown.

Thanks for showing interest in my problems with Orange perhaps if I had found this site sooner I would not be as livid with Orange as I am.
After trying to sort the problems out now since early november I took the decision to call it a day with Orange as I was banging my head against a wall.
I decided to have a rant about how I feel and I was amazed just how many people are unhappy with what the service is / has turned into. I am now moving broadband supplier & mobile this week so thanks anyway for contacting me.
