Hi,

I've got Orange Homemax which works fine at the moment.

I'm going to be moving house in around 1 to 2 weeks time.

Can anyone offer advice on how to get Orange to move my package from this house to the next in an efficient manner as looking on line, all I can find are horror stories re. Orange customer service?

Absolute useless shower!

Moved house 23/11, last on at old house on 22/11, it's now 10/12 and still have no broadband at new house!

Have phoned them loads of times before and after the move and get a different story almost every time, from both India and Rotherham!

Absolutely crap, no other word for it.
