yeah is the livebox plugged straight into the test socket behind the front lower half off the BT master socket if you have a socket that the bottom half comes off undo the 2 screws and plug it straight in to that and see what happens

see how we are a bit in the similar settings apart from your line is a littl more than mine and your only on adsl2 were mine is adsl2+

but have had any dissconting problems lately cause if you have i think they might have stuck you on a 1mb cap profile to stabilies the line untill the dslam up's the speed in a 3-5 day's
