I last logged into my Orange webmail yesterday, 25th November. I normally use Apple Mail but I'm away from home.
I tried today but with both my e-mail addresses I got 'invalid username or password' errors.
I tried retrieving the accounts and managed to log into them but when I tried to go through the retrieval process, ticked the terms and conditions box and continue, the following page refused to load.
I've tried this with both accounts on two different browsers - both of which normally work fine on this Windows computer that I am borrowing.
I have retrieved these accounts a number of times in the past and currently the Orange website says they must be retrieved after 219 days of inactivity (normally this means since the dialup connection was used) and they will be deleted after 259 days. I am now concerned that if this cannot be sorted out, I am going to have my accounts deleted in 40 days (or less).
I have had to register with somebody else's e-mail address and I am not going to be home for two weeks. Can somebody please offer me some advice?
I have been having same problems - was in ok this afternoon but no joy this evening. Phoned their support line and told "site is down for 3-4 hours. That was about 2.5 hours ago. I am register a new email @fsnet but cant access my @wanadoo address. Shame they couldnt put that on home page of site really but I guess thats why they want you to ring a charged number to find out. Brilliant.

See my thread Invalid user name above this 1.Yes that's true, It does make you wonder about the charge on the phone most other providers offer free telephone support. I can't access my e-mail account at wanadoo and I have some very important mail to reply to.
