I need help, my Orange broadband has now been off for 3 weeks. after several line tests and a new router i'm still without broadband.
i keep getting the same telephone conversations, we'll do another line check.
bear in mind that i've had broadband now since freeserve / wanadoo and have had no problems, nothing has changed in my house and it just stopped working. this is the 3rd time in a year.
i've now got my MAC code and am in the process of looking else where.
am now in the process of moving to Sky broadband, have ordered it today, after speaking to Orange again yesterday for the umpteenth time and still getting no where.
