Hi. I have been with freeserve/wanadoo/orange for about 7 years and never had problems. Last year I upgraded to broadband and its been fine. It cost £16 per month. Around this July it went up to £20 per month but my internet now routinely disconnects (at least once a day) I cannot reconnect for about 10mins (error 721, 718 etc) and when I do the speed drops to 4.6mbps from 8.1 (although thts dropped to 7.6) I emailed support and they replied with a few things to try. They didnt work and I hve emailed them since with no replies.
I now also disconnect if I try to use the phone. When they sent me the letter informing me of the price rise they said there would be diruptions lasting for about a month. Whats going on.?????
