Hi, I've been having a problem with my broadband speed for about a month it should be about 2mb but its running at about 120kbps. I done the usual things plugged into main socket, removed all other equipment etc. the telephone support has been very poor. When i've ran speed tests at www.speedtester.BT.com it shows my ip profile as 135kbps. so I think my Ip profile may be stuck.Heeeeeeeelp!

You need to contact Orange.....unfortunately. Only they can get BT to manually reset your IP Profile, which as you correctly say, is firmly stuck.
