has anybody that has upgraded to the ultra package had their speed upgraded yet.Ive been waiting since the 21st oct i have called several times and on saturday i was told there is a problem with upgrading the ultra packages,but al othr packages are fine,personally i think it's bs,even tho so far i have been given 5 months free im not happy.My exchange is llu and thy told me i would get apx 12mb

This will show you that your router is capable of synching at around 17500kbps bu that depends on what the Orange package allows as a maximum.

ADSL2+ LLU is cappable which explains why you're synching at 8061kbps.

It also looks like Orange have set a Target SNR of 15dB looking at your SNRM of 19.8dB....perhaps to limit (cap) the synch rate.
