Ive used MS Outlook for years to recieve mail on to my computer with two different mail address, this has stopped working. I am still able to send mail but do not recieve mail. Web mail works fine. I've tried changing the settings from wanadoo to orangehome etc to no avail this is starting to drive me to look for a change in ISP. Mail used to down load onto my IPOD with the wireless link this to has stopped.
Hi there, I work for Orange and might be able to help.
Please send an email to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your personal contact details and username from this site, and I will give you a call to discuss.
In order that your email is forwarded to me quickly, please add "Jonathan Orange Response" in the subject field and also in the first line of your mail.
I too have had a problem receiving emails on Outlook Express since Saturday morning. I am fed up. I CAN access emails through Orange webmail - over 200, mainly spam, messages there now, BUT I CANNOT DELETE ANY OF THEM! When I try, a message comes up
"The mail server is busy. Please try again in a few moments"
Well, I've been trying for over 48 hours now! Have emailed (through Orange webmail) Customer support and also spoken to someone in call centre in ?India and begged them to delete all the over 200 emails on Orange webmail but the guy said it had to be referred to a higher authority and could take 5 DAYS!
Will someone please help? I am going mad here. Bad enough that Outlook Express won't receive my freeserve emails but now that O. Webmail won't delete any - WHAT IS GOING ON?
Yay - was it my frantic emails or my call to India? Anyway, Outlook Express accepting my Freeserve emails again and the emails in Orange webmail cleared. Let's hope it lasts ...
