I have been experiencing a drop in ip profile since arrival of Orange mini live box. I decided to replace with netgear router . Within one hour my dsl connection rate increased from Orange 2304kbps to netgear 3008kbps, however the netgear log shows that LCP was down at certain times followed by loss of Loss of synchronization . I phoned Orange escalations and asked what Lcp down meant and if LCP down was a problem their end. There reply was that they cannot comment on a netgear router and also they have no idea what LCP down means. Any help appreciated. Thanks
