Once again my connection has slowed to < 140kb, and again upload is normal at about 360kb. All webpages very slow to load if not timed out. Problem since 17/10/09 but several times in the last week no connection at all. The last time this happened it took a week for my phone calls to reveal I was being upgraded to 3Meg, and another week for speeds to improve. Anyone else got problems? Anyone else EVER get told Orange are changing anything BEFORE they do it - or do they like us to phone them? Do I give up and change provider - if so to whom? Mike
