In the process of trying to diagnose some internet speed/latency problems (I play World of Warcraft), i've been attempting to perfrom Traceroutes from the command line. However, all Tracert's that i attempt from any of the the two computers i have at home stop after they have returned the times for the livebox. All hops post livebox (hop 2 onwards) return * for all of the data. The internet works fine for most purposes.
Would anyone have any idea why i cannot tracert past the livebox?
I'm on a freinds pc right now, in a completely different city, and tracert works just fine. So i don't think it's anything i'm funementally doing wrong.
