In wireless mode when I go into pairing mode and enter the security key I get the folloeing message ."Windows could not connect to Livebox. Reset wireless router or access point" How do I do this?
I notice in the error log that the laptop is configured for WPA-PSK and the security connect status is fail OxOOO38006.

802.1x protocol No
Key exchange initiated No
Unicast keys received No
Multicast keys received No
Should I change this to another setting anfd if so what?
