I received a letter saying my speed would increase from 2 to 3mbps and my bill would go up slightly, this would occur in 30 days. IT DIDN'T
Instead my download speed dropped to 0.13mbps and is now stuck on 0.484mbps. After ringing Orange help i was told engineers would check the line and ring me between 6pm and 9pm tuesday 8 sept THEY DIDN'T
Its now a waste of time ringing again because its obvious they don,t help.
I now have my MAC CODE and am in process of deciding who next gets my custom.
