We have a problem wit our live box it keeps on resetting itself on a loop and therefore cant configure it or check if its still working as it has been in the office for months without being used!!!
yep i have the same problem. Your not the only one if that maoes you fell any better. Orange CS are no good, wasting money talking to them, better of talking to a 5 yr old.

It seems a new LiveBox is in order. Ring Orange and tell them it's not switching on. They'll ask you a few basic questions (i.e. check the plugs etc...), and eventually they'll send you an adaptor; don't know why but that's the procedure they have in place.
After receiving the adaptor, if there's still a problem with the Box, tell Orange that it's still not switching on. They should send you a replacement Box after that
