I've been told by a friend that the 2nd line doesn't always give its CLID, around 50% of the time coming up 'International Unavailable' on his BT line.
I've tried ringing my own BT line this morning and found that the first call I made came up 'Unavailable' and a second call made within 2 minutes came up with the CLID.
Since this doesn't affect the service, I'm not going to waste time/money ringing Orange Customer Support (>50% of my time ringing them is a complete waste of time) but I wondered if anyone else had any ideas?
