Have you seen the online ads for BT Home IT Advisor? Now this isn't something that I would ever pay money for - but if you watch the ad (I saw it on the Telegraph Fantasy Football website) you will notice what's clearly an Imac in there. So you would assume they can help MAC users right? Of course not - its the very first thing on their list of systems they can't support.
So I have made a complaint to the marketting team, and also pointed out that if they can't identify a PC from a MAC, should they really be offering 'support' for either?
