I origionaly got a letter saying my average monthly was 50 something and this was to much so they capped me. Becaus of this I was capped for a 2-3 months.
That over with I then got my speeds back. One of problems is that I don't see how another user on this forum can download 70 something gig and get capped for a days and I get months.
Now recently I was downloading and bear in mind it was start of the month so I know i definitely didn't go over. Unless months they go by your billing date so if we pay on 14th limit refreshes on 14th, please corrcect me. But now Ive been recently capped, From 6pm to 12pm and they have reduced my speed out of these hours but not by much. I seriously dont another few month long cap please help.
