As above set all the settings for my ********@fsmail.net user name and im getting nothing cant log into Orange online mail either. useing vista windows mail also useig following settings:
incoming e-mail server type: POP3
incoming e-mail server: pop.orangehome.co.uk
outgoing email server: smtp.orangehome.co.uk
outgoing server requires authentication: leave un-ticked
Thats odd ive just talked to Orange tech support and they say it should work fine and all my settings are corect also no issues with Orange acording to them.Am confused now lol
Sorry you are still having issues. As I posted earlier fsmail isn't accessable via WindowsMail etc as its' web based, however if it's an fsnet address as indicated in your post title then it should work in those applications.
Although technical support have said there no issues with Orange emails, I assure you that there are currently problems for a few users with the email logins not working via the Orange home page. There aren't many having this problem which is possibly why tech aren't aware of the issue, it may be a server or account issue.
