I came back from a week's holiday on Sunday night and tried to log on to my email on the web and it just doesn't work. I have had the same password / user name since 2004 and I access it every day. When i enter the password etc it tries to log on to Orange and gets so far through the process and then kicks me out. Seems like a server problem to me.
Any suggestions ?

This is the message I get when I try to log on. I have emailed the Orange support desk but have had no response other than an email telling me that they aim to resolve all problems within 24 hours and that was 4 days ago !
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:
Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.
For offline users
You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds
Click the Favorites Center button , click Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.
To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)
Click Tools , and then click Work Offline.
Click the Favorites Center button , click History, and then click the page you want to view.
From the number of recent posts on this site reporting more or less the same as you, it seems Orange are having their regular email server problems, unfortunately you just have to be patient.
