I feel im on some sort of rolling contract, i started with freeserve, then got moved to wanadoo and now to Orange.
The connections of the last few months have been ****, the lag in games, download speeds and just opening a simple web page is p**s poor. This livebox doesnt help things either.
The bonus is, its cheap, at £9.87 a month or something, but Be do something that looks much better for about £13.80 or something.
Just ring Orange and ask for your MAC code - this is then passed onto your new supplier to exnusre a smooth change over.
ALso Orange have to provide you with a MAC code within 5 working days, by law.
Orange will very probably do alsorts to try and get you to stay and lock you into a new contract.
BE are very good, and fast & reliable too.
Once you move from Orange to a real ISP you will be amazed by the speeds and reliability you get.
