Hey, well for the last 5 days I have allmost been packet loss free, I get the occasional odd spike but nothing serious. This could just be coincidence but I doubt it.
Basically all I have done is set my MTU to 1400, I read on a forum somewhere that it helped some people with ping problems on Virgin media so I tried it myself. Since then I have had good ping and nearly 0 loss.
You probaldy need to restart everything afterwards. Let me know if this helps.
