Grateful for any assistance on this issue, I am at my wits end. When I send emails with large attachments (i.e. 2 - 3mb) the mails all fail after a while with the following message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended receipients.
the following recipients cannot be reached "name" error message 550 5.7.1 Message content rejected <769b801dd5d83d1977ae1c6357b60d55>
I will however have sent the same content sucessfully to the 1st approx 10 recipients, then the next approx 10 will all fail in a row. These will all be mails sent separately to different addresses but sent out consecutively.
I have also sent the same mail with the same attachments sucessfully a few days later, but as soon as I send a few it all starts failing.
Orange tell me it is my file contents, they also have asked me to turn off my virus checker to check it is not the issue. However I have changed my virus checker once on the recommendations of Orange, but they would now like me to disable the new one.
