Because 1 they dont speak english and 2 my livebox is now cutting of every 5 minutes.
orange are by the worst isp ever... why the hell do they even bother.
if this isnt sorted by next week im going with o2 (now Sky)
I have had my problem for months but only reported it about 30 days ago. I'd be very surprised if they sorted yours out within a week, my advice, get out now.
The futures bright but definately not an Orange type colour...
