If you're feeling ignored by Orange as I am, another way to get their attention (in addition to this great site of course) might be GetSatisfaction.com.
I'm not sure if it'll work, but lots of other companies have enough respect for their customers to go on and publicly deal with complaints against them.
I've added my bit, as had someone else, but it would be nice if the numbers could grow a little to make our voices heard:

In what way are you feeling ignored by Orange? Have you followed the appropriate steps in bringing your grievance to their attention?
I have had quite a few problems with Orange, but in following the guidelines in bringing it to their attention, I have to say that each issue has been resolved and further, resolved to my satisfasction. I'm not a fan of their Customer Service at all, but when you do get through to someone in the UK, you'll get results. You don't bet there without following complaints procdures though.
You can't expect Orange to resolve an issue if that issue hasn't gone through the proper channels first. Going to getsatisfaction is in my view a cop out. By all means if you have done everything that has been suggested when speaking to customer services and still not getting satisfaction then do so.
Getsatisfaction ought to make it clear that before you post on there, a person should exhaust all avenues with the supplier. At the end of the day, your post is probably going to end up with the response ... contact Rotherham in writing. Only by badgering Orange will you get results
If only you knew. I've must have been through the Orange customer service procedure about twenty times by now. Each time they 'resolve' my problem by giving me about 1MB for a week or so (even though my line can support 3.5mb) then they put it down again to anywhere between 54kbps to 500kbps. And I'm not downloading torrents, the most I do is watch the odd programme on iPlayer.
I've spoken to managers, complained through all of the ISPA's various procedures (complete waste of time) and even had a guy ringing me weekly (which I then agreed to have stopped, only for Orange to reduce my speed again the following week).
So, to be honest I couldn't have done more badgering, and I'm actually far from the badgering type. At this point I have come to realise Orange simply don't give a monkeys about customer complaints. They just reassure you on the phone, and then go back to their old tricks the following week, so they generate more revenue by you ringing them up.
So, feeling completely and utterly disempowered, I feel the only option left is to let Orange know that their existing customers are letting others know just how terrible they are, because in my opinion Orange Broadband is a con, pure and simple. Never in my life have I come across a company as dishonest.[/i]
