Sorry to be a pain but I am pulling my hair out here....
My Belkin Router was working fine before Orange decided to Migrate by Broadband over to their Network and onto LLU.
I can no longer load webpages but can check emails (Outlook Express)
The Belkin Router shows that I am connected.
As Orange changed my package down to 9.99 (and still getting 8MB) they sent me a Livebox.
Connecting this up, everything works!! Is there a simple way to get the Belkin to work or do I need to change all the settings for the Orange LLU Network?

This shows that the Belkin is connected so it's a router problem if the Livebox works.
Have you read through this site's "MTU and RWIN Tweaks" ?

Many routers have a setting in which you can alter its MTU size. You can change this, but you must make sure that the MTU setting on your router is the same as on your PC. It does not matter too much if the MTU on your router is higher than that on your PC, but the setting in your router must not be less than the MTU on your PC.
If you were on Ipstream before LLU, then chances are you'll need to modify these settings.
