1) Some emails are being sent back to the person who sent it - They are correctly addressed
2) Some are not arriving at all or taking days to get here.
3) Spam is coming back as mail undelivered someone else having used a different email version of my address. Orange say this can only be resolved by changing the account.
4 It is VERY SLOW on webmail
What is Orange doing about it. I have written to Orange several times only to get an incompetent answer - i am very computer literate My contract ends in July I shall certainly look around for a reliable ISP. I have now resorted to Hotmail which is Very effectiive but limited in space.
If Hotmail can sort Junk and all the muck why not Orange- Dont talk to me about your servers in France DO SOMETHING Very FAST
Come on Orange Your customers want action not talk. You will lose a lot of clients including me if nothing is done
Just phoned the Service Status Information Number 0845 330 7124 mentioned on this site. Its automated voice states the service status as of 12:30 Thursday 10 July! (no email problem mentioned of course...)
Email delays/losses still getting worse. Seems to have caved in completely at the moment.
BTW I find the simple filter rules you can set up within Orange webmail work very well (praise!). For example, you can tell it to put email whose "To:" field contains a certain string (e.g. old spam infected email address) straight into the Trash folder.
