The list of things that have been going wrong and have caused untold damage to my business because of no voice mail, unrecognized pin numbers, slow upload speeds making it impossible to upload files for my clients, or update their websites is just too much to mention.
For Three almost 4 weeks I've had these problems and Orange expect to be paid for a service they have not provided while my business and reputation goes down the hole.
How can I get out of my contract without having to pay for the remaining 8 months left on it?
They have not met their obligations in providing the service I'm paying for and I've simply had enough of the incompetence demonstrated by their customer and tech so called tech support team.
It really takes a lot to get me going like this, but when my lively hood is threatened... need I say more.
Any useful tips on how I can shed this company off my back and sign up with a reliable solution would be greatly appreciated.
