My internet connection has been experiencing problems over the past 2 weeks. I can hardly load Orange homepage or email or other Orange pages. more particularly in the evening/weekends. In fact, it took 12 mins to load email welcome page today! Ihave also been expecting some important emails from FSCS re Icesave but these have not arrived and FSCS say Orange is somehow blocking them. Orange deny this is happening. Apparently my line is fine but Orange want me to conduct 3 speed tests from Thinkbroadband.com before they will consider escalating this. Interestingly, this test always gives about 2.5 Mbps (this site gave 1.8Mbps). other tests give as little as 107kbps. Why such differences? Why does Orange take so long to load? It seems as if speed isn't a problem (altho I should get 6Mbps -600m from Exchange).
