I had been an Orange customer for almost 3 years, and my line developed a major fault, as i could only download at 10Kbs on a 1.5 meg line. I tried for 3 weeks to get Orange to fix it, but they just kept fobbing me off. I was then recommended eclipse broadband by a friend and decided to migrate to them. As soon as the switchover from o range occurred the fault was still present, but eclipse started to run tests, while I was on the phone!, this would have taken Orange at least 24 hours. Eclipse discovered that my adsl profile was wrong, so had the speed of the line reset. Within 48 hours my line speed was back to normal and had doubled to 3 meg. If you’re looking for a new broadband provider for about £20 a month with good tech support, and low connection ratio, with trully unlimited downloading overnight and no fup!, i would highly recommend eclipse business to you.
