I had an email from Orange last Wednesday to say that they had now upgraded my account to 8mb speed as the exchange had been upgraded to LLU.
Since then i cannot access the Internet. I can download my email in Outlook Express and my Belkin Router shows that I am connected but I cannot load any webpages at all.
I can only ever speak to the "overseas" part of Orange Technical Support who drive me mad as they are trying to blame my router settings (although they have been the same for the last 2 years!!)
I have now been told there was a PSPN Freeze on the line??
has anyone heard of this or can they shed any light on the matter for me?
Orange said that this freeze was due to an error on their systems and they were trying to clear it...They also did a line check and that came back with an error but they said the error cannot be looked at until the freeze has been cleared?
Would this explain my problems with surfing the net???
