On friday i came home fired up my laptop and the net wont connect.
Did the usual, restart pc, router, unplug n wait 5 mins n still dint work.
When i try connecting to my router it asks for the key code, which is on the bottom of the router, its says "Window cannot connect" when i click the help it say the key code is incorrect.
I called tech help and all he did was get it working via LAN cable, and then blamed my pc tellin me to take it back even tho i've had the same PC for 12 month same as my internet.
I also use my I Touch via wireless and this also wont work!
I've not changed any settin or loaded any new software to affect my connection.
anyone else have this problem or know how I can fix it?
