i have found out that the ping on my internet is awful

its over 100 and i have been informed it should be around 50 for a uk provider.

(basically im lagging like hell on pro evo 2009 on the ps3. Im also noticing spikes when i download. i max out at 850kb but drop as low as 100kb)

anyone offer any help

just a quck update

orange have since deemed my line only capable of 2.2mb and have capped me!!!!

ABSOLUTE F****** JOKE

im looking for sum way out of my contract which ends in january (without paying)

any help would be appricated

just ask/insist for a MAC code...

I was told my line could only support 1mbps (which is total rubbish) So I told orange I was switching to another provider and insisted they give me a MAC code and within 15 minutes my line was running at 3.5mbps.

You don't need to do anything with the MAC code (it will expire after 30 days anyway), but just asking was enough for them to un-cap my line.
