For the last couple of weeks, Xbox Live constantly keeps disconnecting me. There are two Xbox 360's in the house, both of which are connected to live and both are having this problem. I will get disconnected while playing a game (online or not) and reconnected automaticaly when I return to the Xbox dashboard. Sometimes Xbox Live won't connect for an hour of so, during this time the internet on my other devices (PC, PS3) is unbearably slow. At no point does the Livebox go off.
I have run the Xbox Live connection test and it usually says that nothing is wrong. NAT open and everything. Although sometimes it will say that the Xbox Live part of the test has failed. I have turned the Livebox off a few times after being disconnected, but it makes no difference. I'm sure it's not my ethernet cable, so it's either Orange, the Livebox or Xbox Live. Can anyone help?
i've started havin problems being disconnected while playin online but only on multiplayer games. did anybody workout how to stop this as Orange ain't interested in sortin it! nenver had any problems with my previous supplier either
