I started experiencing a problem with my home phone line late Saturday evening, Reported it to Orange on Sunday........ok with some difficulty in understanding the english spoken, and after 3 attempts at getting to right department, but hey when I eventually spoke to someone they promised to divert my calls to my mobile and get the fault fixed in 2 to 4 days.
After reading some of the forums here, I wasn't holding my breath, but 9am the following morning a BT engineer was on my doorstep and fault is sorted!!
