Whilst I have seen a number of similar postings not quite sure what the answer was. We are getting this error message.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject '', Account: 'Lizzie', Server: 'smtp.orangehome.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Any ideas what to check.

Or you could try using specific IP addresses :

POP3 = 193.252.22.136
SMTP = 193.252.22.138

Orange know these work.......even NewApollo has confirmed it in previous threads Smile
