Afternoon all,
Moved house last week and arranged for my Orange BB to be transferred, the lady on the other end said it could take upto 15 days but probably more like 7 days.
Been 7 days now and still no connection, is there anyway I can contact them and get the process hurried up as I need a connection from home fairly urgently.
Is it 15 working days as well or are weekends included?
Cheers.

Just moved house gave BT 10 working days notice of my move and they moved the phone on Tue 9 as requested and my broadband on Wed 10, one day late but they did say sorry.
Can't really help with Orange other than to suggest you try another ISP or if you have to stick with Orange then escalate to the Executive Office who seem to be the only part of the organisation capable of delivering.
It is up to 15 working days for the move house procedure as in this time the line has to be ceased at your old property and reprovided at the new one. If i were you i'd take into account the 15 working day timescale and that way you won't be disappointed.
Im still waiting to be connected Been told its going to be connected Wednesday, heres hoping.
But if it was UP TO 15 working days then you should have been connected on or about 22 September........it's now 6 October and Wednesday will be, what, 27 working days ?????
Then you'll have another week or 2 or more of connection problems.......I'd tell them not to bother and sign up with o2 (now Sky) or Be, you'll only have to wait about 10 days more for a decent first-time connection.
