Ok quick update.After a a few more line tests and several long calls to tech support.They have said they have found a small fault on my line and have got an engineer going to my exchabge on Tuesday They said if i dont have connection on Tuesday night they will have to get a BT engineer to come to my house to check something So i t just sounds like another fob off.How long do i have to be disconnected before i can cancel my service and move suppliers?
Well 2 weeks now and still no connection.They said they had an appointment for an engineer to goto the exchange yesterday.But when i phoned last night still nothing All i got was phone back in 24 hours.Which right about now.Wish me luck
