First time posting here, and in need of a little technical advice.
I installed the "Orange Messenger" under the impression it was a nice 'skin' for the normal Windows Live (MSN) messenger.
It looks as if this has affiliated my Windows Live account to my Orange Boradband/Email account, and I cannot find a way of un-affiliating this link.
I have gone through the Orange Messenger 'Unsubscribe' option, but this has had a continual "Due to a technical incident (blah blah blah), please try later." message for 2 weeks.
Emailing Tech Support generates a please phone us response... when you call you get atold to email tech support.
There must be some way of un-affiliating the Windows Live ID with the Orange ID? (this is at the Windows Live ID level, as whenever I sign into Messenger from another computer, I get the 'Orange Messenger' pop-up)
I have checked my Windows Live account, and cannot find any way of un-affiliating my account from there end either...
