Great news, we've made the changes you asked us to make to your home package and have renewed your contract for 18 months. You can check out our terms and conditions at www.orange.co.uk/terms.
Been on Home Max for some time and I have not changed anything.
You will notice re the other post that it was made a couple of weeks ago and had not got a single reply, so just thought I had posted it in the wrong section.

Just trying to find out if it was a common thing for them to do, and thought this might have been a good place to find out.
Wrong
It is a good place to find answers, what you need to do is to ask Orange exactly what they have done, identify your contractual status and then post that here for advice etc.
When you speak to Orange they may confirm you're not on a new contract......at the moment you're assuming that's the case.

Ive seen quite a few posts around and at one time it was quite common for Orange to do this, but not heard anything for a while about it till your post, if they have done this then i would follow sweeperdog's advice of asking for a transcript of the phone call of proof.
If they refuse that tell them you will be contacting Ofcom to report it.
Good luck
