Haven't used my VOIP connection much - went to use it yesterday to find no dialling tone - looked at router config page which tells me "no number allocated" - service disabled. Are they now removing these lines if they are not used much?? If so, shouldn't they tell me ?Or is it a Livebox problem?

Thanks, youre right -T & C s mention 90 days without use - I was charged for a couple of calls on July statement so that shouldn't apply - it also states "If you fail to activate the Service or you do not use the Service for 90 days or more we reserve the right to withdraw it and the telephone number supplied to you. We will give you reasonable notice of our intention to withdraw the Service from your account."
NO NOTICE
I think I'll start looking for a new provider - I don't really need the second line now anyway.
