Do you have some sort of privacy service enabled (such as that which comes with McAfee Security Suite) on your computer?
This would seem to be the probable cause... r, if using internet explorer, do you have your privacy setting too high (look in Tools >> Internet Options >> Privacy)
Let us know what (if any) security software you are running and on what system (e.g. Win XP, Win 98 etc.)
If other devices are not being affected, I would hazard a guess that it is not your livebox - have you been able to get other sites before this - how long have you had wireless on the computer that will not load links... Anymore info you can add would be helpful!
Try another browser is you have not already. If you're not blocking any cookies, you might want to check you have no sites blocked in your host file....if you don't know what this is then probably not.
As mentioned, some software can also block sites deemed bad.
