We have a Livebox in an upstairs office and our two mobile phones should connect to it when in range. Problem is that range is not very useable.
The phones (Nokia 6301's) connect in the office, connect unreliably in the kitchen below and hardly ever in any other rooms. Signal strength is poor in the house, usually 2 bars in the kitchen, though it is supposed to be good in our area.
Strangely enough, the phones will connect OK in the garden, but often drop out when you come indoors.
Does anyone know of any way to boost the strength of the connection - possibly an antenna for the Livebox? Or is the problem really poor signal from the mast?
