Anybody noticed strange IP addresses being allocated during periods of unstable connection ?

Recently I've seen 91.111.0.1 and 91.111.1.2 which resolve to "unallocated-111-0 orangehomedsl".

Normal connections are similar to 91.108.xx.x

There's something more than that.

On several occasions when I had one of these addresses, everything indicated I was connected to the internet (I sent and received emails also accessed web pages) but the router page showed disconnected.

Not until a normal address was allocated did the router page show connected.
