I would not go back to this bunch of lying cheating idiots if you paid me.
My personal vendetta continues and I have just managed to get my 250th conversion away from Orange to BT..........I really should be on commision.
I like to think that in some small way Im helping to sink them,because they deserve every bit of bad press that they get.
At least i know that the 250 customers that I have managed to get to leave will cost them a lot more that the money that they ripped me off for.
Trouble is, now Ive started i cant seem to stop......it cheers me up every time when I get another one,I seriously hold a grudge when treated like I was.
After 2 years of lying bullshitting rubbish from them regarding my dropping out barely useable service its a pleasure to report to you all that since changing to BT over 2 years ago the service has been great( Apart from the Indian call centres).
Be brave and dump Orange.........when you do you will wonder why you ever put up with the bull***t as long as you did.

I escaped these robbers a couple of years ago now and have never looked back since.
They don't deserve any customers and it would be great to watch them sink if everybody left them as no business survives without its customers.

Totally agree. I escaped in Jan 08 and have had a reliable and slightly faster service ever since.
It took Orange over 4 weeks not to identify and fix the fault on my line - despite me telling them where the problem lay. It took my new ISP less than 24 hours to identify the fault, fix it and get me up and running.
