I would like to say how wonderful and helpful the helpline has been- but I can't. They have been absolutely dreadful, it took 104 days, 92 emails (excluding acknowledgements, 7 callbacks, 3 phone calls to the helpline, 2 new liveboxes 3 complaints to ISPA-who did nowt- one to CISAS-who did nowt-to get my problem sorted. I had lost the second line. Satisfaction was only achieved 3 hours before the initial 12 month contract ran out, and two hours after being told it would take ANOTHER 10 days
How pathetic. In order to allegedly save money, the helpline was moved abroad to staff who did not know what they were talking about, and could barely make themselves understood. A well informed person would have taken a max of two 5 minute call to sort it out.
