we have 1 pc and 2 laptops and all where connecting fine until there was a problem which was sorted by tech support and was somthing to do with the phones not being filtered properly. since then the pc has had no problem connecting but the laptops cant connect at all. the router can be found but it will not accept the network key. i have a feeling it has something to do with the wpa network key and the laptops not being compatible but i am sure that they where connecting to it fine before. has anyome got any suggestions?

Right.. Well if Tech support asked you to reset your livebox .. Make sure it's set to WPA only in the Security area of your Router config. .. And that you put the Livebox into Pairing mode by pressing the 1 button... As this is a common cause for non connections...
