This is my third livebox in the two weeks I've had the Home Max package, and it's already broken after one day.
I recieved it yesterday and it worked fine all day, but when I got up this morning, I was confronted with a solid data light, that's it. I restarted the livebox but again only the data light came on and stayed on. I've tried a factory reset; the @, data, and phone light come on like they should, but then they just stay on permenently. I've also attempted an ethernet recovery and USB recovery, both to no avail.
I haven't phoned tech support yet, I don't want to waste anymore money on them. So I was hoping anyone here could shed some light on what's happening to my router.
Never mind, I got it working again. For whatever reason the USB recovery didn't work on my laptop, but did work on my desktop
For those of you who have this problem, the solid data light means that the livebox was turned off while installing a firmware update. Follow these instuctions and hopefully you'll get yours working again. I'm not sure why mine stopped working in the first place, I didn't tell it to download an update, unless it does it automatically...
