<Livebox Issues? ~ New N95 wont connect to the internet wirelessly !!!

Okay well ive just gotb a new N95 and I cant connect to the Internet with it , I input the "Shared Security Code" WPA or WEP Im Guessing !!! So i put the code in thats on the side of my livebox and it said it was invalid ??
I then went onto the livebox homepage and it says my WEP : ********* about 26 letters and numbers !!!
i then went to the wireles section and it was on WPA security only !! So i changed this to WPA and WEP and tried again but still nothing worked ??
Also many people have been saying that i have to put the phones MAC address into the livebox via the homepage but there is no section to put the MAC address into ??
Go into your livebox configuration and go to System Settings.. Make sure the 26 character code is the same in the System Settings as it is on the bottom of your livebox..
Make sure you put the Livebox into Pairing Mode by pressing the 1 button on the back just above the USB Port..
