Hello everyone, new to the forum, but I have read a few posts before in the hope it would solve my Livebox issues.
Our Livebox has worked fine for ages now, where we could connect 2 desktops, 3 laptops, a Wii and a DS with no issues whatsoever. However, within the last week, I have experienced a problem where the computers connected wirelessly to the box (all of them, but the one I'm on now!) lose the connection and cannot find it again.
I don't know if the following will make a difference but I will tell you anyway! Our problems started when our power was cut for a little while. When the Livebox was turned back on, my laptop, and none of the other wireless devices as I discovered worked, despite working the night before. Following some advice on this forum, I swapped the wireless channel from 1 to 7 and it worked.
All was well, until about 20 mins ago, when my laptop dropped the connection again. Now I suspect the problem is a Freeview sender is the problem (one that sends a Freeview signal from a TV downstairs wirelessly to a TV upstairs). We turned this sender off, but now having tried all of the wireless channels, I still can't get the Livebox to be recognised on my laptop.
I've tried pairing mode, and been through channels 1 to 13. I've turned our new Digital Tv feature off as well as the firewall, but nothing. Any suggestions?
